Ameneh Shervin Emami
Advanced Lecturer
Shervin Emami is Persian Language and Literature Lecturer in the èצӰ Language Center. She is completing her dissertation, titled “Persian Contemporary Magical Realism through the Lens of Allegorical and Mystical Writings in Persian Classical Literature,” at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She received her M.A. in Middle Eastern History from California State University-Fullerton, and her M.A. in Near Eastern Languages and Literatures from UCLA. Before arriving at èצӰ, she taught at UCLA, University of California-Irvine, and University of California-Berkeley.
