The Division will host our Diploma Ceremony and Reception on Sunday, June 18, 2023.
Ìý
We invite you to join the celebrationÌýof our graduates with Doctoral, Master’s, and Bachelor’s Degrees. The ceremony will start at 12:30pm at Dinkelspiel Auditorium. Join us as early as 12:00 to take photos and enjoy light refreshments.

The reception will follow, starting around 2:00pm at the Oregon Courtyard outside Pigott Hall. Alumni from 2022, 2021, 2020, and past years are welcome to attend the ceremony (in the audience) and reception. Graduates with a DLCL minor may join our reception after participating in the diploma ceremony of their major department.

What COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place for the ceremony?

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a recent negative COVID-19 test to visit campus?

It is strongly recommended that all attendees be fully vaccinated (including boosters) or, for those unable to be vaccinated, obtain a negative test for COVID-19 within 24 hours prior to attending any events. Vaccination status and test results will not be verified at the ceremonies. If you feel sick or test positive for COVID-19, DO NOT attend any in person events on campus and stay home.

The main Commencement ceremonies will be for anyone who is unable to attend. The DLCL will not be livestreaming or recording our in-person ceremony. We will have copies of the program "Crossings" available for graduates to bring home.

Are face coverings required?

Visitors must comply with the University’s . With certain exceptions, face coverings are no longer required but continue to be strongly recommended on-site, regardless of vaccination status.
